Return and Refund Policy

  • Return and Refund are only available if the good purchased has a manufacturing fault or is defective.

  • If an Item has one of the two faults mentioned above it must be in its original packing during the return.

  • Must present the payment receipt or any proof of purchase with the Items returned.

  • In case of Pre Damage or a Package is found open, Do Not Accept the Order. Once you accept the order, Your item will be subjected to the above return/refund policy.

Return Fees: the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the same and upon finding it under the above-stated condition, a Refund of the amount will be initiated.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

For COD Payments, We will contact you at your provided contact number.

For Credit/Debit Card Payments, It will be credited back to the Card, Release of the amount depends on your respective bank policy.
